Facilities Assistant (Permanent & Part-time position)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, 1pm-5pm (No weekend work)

If you are friendly and dedicated, with experience in maintenance and caretaking roles, we would like to hear from you today Your mission will be to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate.
Responsibilities:
- Internal and external property maintenance to include painting & decorating, minor electrical works, repairs to building fabric and assembling/moving furniture.
- Report any concerns or issues found regarding the building or office equipment to the Maintenance Manager/Health & Safety Officer.
- Ensure there is a clean and safe working environment for all employees, including the condition of the fridges on each floor and ensuring dishwashers are turned on and emptied when finished.
- Arrange for the bathroom facilities to be stocked with toilet rolls, air fresheners and hand soaps for all offices as requested.
- Ensure that rubbish is disposed of in conjunction with the waste disposal company.
- Perform basic electrical checks on equipment and ensure it is visually inspected for any signs of damage.
- Complete any driving jobs that are needed as and when.
