Thorn Baker Facilities Maintenance is seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to cover a temporary role in Farringdon.
We are looking for a professional with a strong background in facilities management, who can provide excellent support to our team during a period of absence.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of CAFM systems, BMS, and facilities management principles. They will also have experience with post room operations, courier services, door access systems, and ordering supplies.
- Responsibilities will include managing contractors, reporting faults, and handling security and loading bay operations.
- The successful candidate will also be required to lift boxes and assist with day-to-day facilities management tasks.
- We are offering a competitive hourly rate of £16 and a convenient location near Chancery Lane station.
Requirements for the role include:
- Proven experience in facilities management.
- Hard services background.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent computer/IT skills and knowledge of CAFM systems.
