A car accident can be a traumatic time for all parties involved. As a Hire Monitor Handler you will provide vehicle repair and car hire solutions to the non fault party, and provide an excellent customer experience that demonstrates Hasting's Market leading customer service. As a Hire Monitor Claims handler you will learn basic legal liability and insurance indemnity outcomes, and how to value/negotiate customer losses to ensure the claims costs are kept to a minimum.
Proven ability to problem solve, remove blockages and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
