Marketing Automation Specialist

I am currently recruiting for a growing financial services organisation who are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall email and marketing automation strategy for all lead-to-client journeys and client retention activities. This includes managing email marketing, lead nurturing programs, virtual event operations, client communications, and reporting on achievements. Experience in a similar role is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and AB test marketing and CRM emails for prospects and clients
  • Manage communication and email marketing calendar with senior stakeholders
  • Develop and manage lead and client marketing automations
  • Act as the guardian of the email briefing process
  • Provide regular reporting on email metrics to the Marketing team
  • Act as a subject matter expert for email marketing tools
  • Set up and manage operations for internal virtual events

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation
  • Experience in B2B Marketing within financial services
  • Knowledge of AB testing and optimizing email content
  • Strong understanding of email best practices
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and automation providers
  • Reporting on email engagement metrics
  • Knowledge of GDPR and marketing communications
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with HTML and CMS is a plus
