Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Automation Specialists to design and execute intelligent and efficient email campaigns and automation programs.
  • Coordinate with marketing, creative, and copy teams to manage high-volume email campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
  • Monitor automation health, providing proactive troubleshooting for any issues.
  • Optimize existing automation processes to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Support projects impacting Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other related technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar email marketing platform.
  • Experience in HTML editing.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
