About the Role

At Merit Data and Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing email campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and build email templates with mobile responsiveness to engage our target audience.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns in marketing automation tools to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure campaigns are progressing and results are driven through metrics and analytics.
  • Analyze audience data from different sources to understand first-party and third-party audience insights.
  • Coordinate efforts between creative and audience teams to enable marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Take ownership of email campaign management and ensure timely completion with high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Excellent creative experience in email build with mobile responsiveness.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of audience/segmentation builds in MA tools.
  • Background knowledge in working with various brands across the platform in MA tools.
  • Understanding and experience with B2B marketing knowledge.
  • Experience with analytics or reporting platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and take ownership of projects.
