£34,800 per annum. About our Corporate Services Officer

role: To ensure effective support to the Board, Sub-Committees and the Executive Team, which includes providing efficient and timely administration, including agenda setting, minute taking, proof reading and combining papers. The role also provides enhanced support to the Executive Team primarily supporting Executive Team meetings and providing diary management where needed. Key Responsibilities as our Corporate Services Officer: Attendance at committee meetings to take, produce and issue minutes in accordance with agreed deadlines. Maintain the matters arising action log in an appropriate format for presentation at meetings. Complete project-based work in relation to company secretarial and governance activities where necessary. To provide support to the Governance & Risk Manager, and cover for the Governance officer role which supports the Board. Assist in the timely collation of committee papers and co-ordinate their production for the Sub-Committees checking completeness and quality assurance in terms of content and format, and despatch agenda in accordance with agreed deadlines. Assist the Company Secretary/Governance Manager in providing support to Committee Members and Chairs. Organise meeting locations, refreshments and travel where required. Assist with the scheduling of agendas and forward plans. Assist with Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) and other information requests. About our Corporate Services Officer: Experience in working in a regulated environment. Knowledge and experience of working in a customer focused environment. Relevant experience of working as an Exec Assistant / PA for a Director or similar Experience of presenting information in a variety of formats to a wide variety of groups. Experience of dealing with enquiries/complaints from the general public. Excellent attention to detail A self-starter/confident working on their own and motivating themselves A flexible approach to working hours/days will be essential for this post (e.g., to allow for in person attendance at Board/Committee meetings which may finish around 6-6.30pm but diarised 12 months in advance). For this role we are looking for individuals who have: Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent. Relevant experience of working as an Exec Assistant / PA for a Director or similar Experience in liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders Positive and assertive. Committed to resolving issues. Positive attitude to continuous improvement. Excellent IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook), and use of business systems.
