  • Support for NPD & Continuous Improvement Teams: Assist both the New Product Development and Continuous Improvement teams in moving samples through the development and improvement processes, acting as a liaison between departments, suppliers, and factories. Offer technical support and guidance on sampling processes, specifications, and quality standards to ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide feedback on sample designs and product changes, ensuring that all adjustments contribute to enhanced product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Gold Standard Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain “gold standard” sister boards for factories, ensuring consistent quality in texture, color, and finish across all product lines, from new developments to product improvements. Coordinate with manufacturing teams and factories to ensure that all gold standard samples are reflected accurately in mass production. Periodically review and update gold standard boards to reflect any improvements or changes in product design or production processes.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all product samples, including new products and modifications, comply with relevant industry regulations and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle. Prepare detailed compliance reports, documenting deviations from standards and outlining corrective actions.
