The aim is simple: we seek like-minded, talented and ambitious individuals who want to be part of our exciting journey About the role: Due to ongoing growth and investment in people within the business, we are now looking to expand our Account Management team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be working with specific, key accounts across a range of sectors including retail and leisure. The successful Senior Account Manager will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing a variety of performance reports. Occasional travel to client sites is expected, so a car allowance is included in this package. About the person: Senior Account Managers will liaise regularly with their clients, building essential bonds and trust in our business. They act as the main point of contact for all account queries and will ensure that any issues are resolved to the highest level of client satisfaction. By truly understanding our clients and their business strategies, we are able to provide professional guidance to support and guide this, looking at innovative ways to better commercialise their estates to the benefit of both parties. Role requirements:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
  • Identify and deliver on opportunities to grow accounts and extend contracts
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and senior executives
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with our Commercial team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Person requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or relevant role
  • Previous Parking, Property, Real Estate and or Retail experience
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Solid experience with CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
