Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with key clients across various sectors, including Leisure, NHS, Retail, and Education.
  • Work closely with the Commercial, Implementation, Product, and Enforcement teams to retain existing accounts and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide critical support and guidance to clients on complex operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and adapt approach as needed to maintain strong relationships.
  • Regularly update internal stakeholders on account performance and provide insights for business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager with a strong track record of delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze site performance data.
  • Experience with CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple accounts, and maintain a keen attention to detail.
