We are seeking a highly successful and experienced Estate Agent to lead our Hampstead Branch as a Senior Sales Manager.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Creating the largest active market share of any agent in the area
  2. Maximizing revenues and growing the property register
  3. Developing exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  4. Maximizing branch profit and achieving all financial targets
  5. Managing the performance of employees through regular 1:1's, reviews, and morning meetings
  6. Influencing results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of the plan

The ideal candidate will:

  1. Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
  2. Be target-driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
  3. Be able to work effectively managing a team
  4. Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
  5. Display high standards of service and presentation
  6. Have good organizational skills
  7. Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
  8. Be a car owner with a full driving license
  9. Be insured for business use
  10. Have the legal right to work in the UK
