We are seeking a highly accomplished and experienced Estate Agent to lead our Hampstead Branch as a Senior Sales Manager.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly successful and expanding Estate Agency that rewards and recognises excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the largest active market share of any agent in the area
  2. Maximise revenues and grow the property register
  3. Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  4. Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
  5. Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1's, reviews and morning meetings
  6. Influence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan

Requirements:

  1. Previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
  2. Target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
  3. Ability to work effectively managing a team
  4. Motivated and enthusiastic at all times
  5. High standards of service and presentation
  6. Good organisational skills
  7. Ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
  8. Car owner with a full driving licence
  9. Insured for business use
  10. Legal right to work in the UK
