This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplined engineering consultancy who provided holistic approach to the built environment. They are looking for an established Sustainability Consultant to join their team in Brighton.
Role responsibilities for a Sustainability Consultant include:
* Undertake Part L analysis and produce EPCs for non-domestic properties
* Produce design reports such as sustainability and LZC feasibility studies
* Use IES software to produce thermal models and carry out Part O and daylight assessments
* The role will incorporate aspects of BREEAM, such as evidence analysis of reports from projects
The ideal Sustainability Consultant will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Sustainability Consultancy role within the built environment industry
* Proficiency with IES software is essential in relation to carrying out dynamic thermal modelling
* NDEA qualification with relevant experience delivering EPCs on commercial projects
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Experience with LCA and BREEAM would be beneficial
