Sustainability Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplined engineering consultancy who provided holistic approach to the built environment. They are looking for an established Sustainability Consultant to join their team in Brighton.
Role responsibilities for a Sustainability Consultant include:
Undertake Part L analysis and produce EPCs for non-domestic properties
Produce design reports such as sustainability and LZC feasibility studies
Use IES software to produce thermal models and carry out Part O and daylight assessments
The role will incorporate aspects of BREEAM, such as evidence analysis of reports from projectsThe ideal Sustainability Consultant will have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Sustainability Consultancy role within the built environment industry
Proficiency with IES software is essential in relation to carrying out dynamic thermal modelling
NDEA qualification with relevant experience delivering EPCs on commercial projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with LCA and BREEAM would be beneficialBenefits of the role:
Competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
