This pivotal role will be at the heart of how we deliver exceptional results for our clients, ensuring every project drives measurable impact, aligns with business objectives, and keeps us ahead of the curve in an evolving marketing landscape. As the driving force behind our delivery function, you'll combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, coaching and empowering your team to perform at their best, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our work across key client accounts. You'll bring a solid understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication & project management skills, and the ability to troubleshoot, prioritise, and influence at all levels. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be accountable for delivery quality, efficiency, and overall client performance across all marketing channels. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Troubleshooting Be the "go-to" person for strategic planning, project flow and campaign troubleshooting. Oversee campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring tasks across all channels are executed in the right sequence and adjusted as needed to achieve the best outcomes. Review underperforming campaigns and guide the team to improve results. Help shape creative, tailored strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes for clients, not just technical wins. Ensure every client plan is joined up across channels and aligns with broader objectives, and supported by a clear, well managed delivery plan. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor and inspire the delivery team (SEO, PPC, CRO, Social Ads, Content) to deliver impactful, commercially-driven work. Foster a culture of quality, creativity, accountability and cohesion across all delivery functions. Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and development sessions to accelerate learning and progression. Coach and develop the team to interpret & present data effectively, connect insights to business objectives, and build strong commercial understanding, linking marketing activity to ROI, profit, and client retention. Quality & Delivery Oversight Own the quality of work produced across delivery disciplines. Review key deliverables (reports, strategies, optimisations) to ensure they're insightful, actionable, and aligned to client goals. Provide regular feedback and training/coaching that improves the team's strategic thinking, creativity, and commercial impact. Partner with Operations to ensure work is delivered efficiently, meeting agreed timelines and standards. Continuous Improvement & Key Client Work Take a hands-on role with a small number of key clients. Standardise our approach and continually improve how we tackle digital campaigns. Collaborate with leadership to evolve Echo's digital marketing offering and internal systems as the agency grows, staying ahead of the curve (for example with AI). Work closely with Client Services and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments. What we need from you: Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing channels (Digital Strategy, SEO, PPC, SMA, CRO).
