We provide access to training providers such as Croner-i, Tolley’s, Mercia, and LinkedIn Learning to meet the needs of our people from both a hard and soft skills perspective. Affinia is currently seeking a dynamic individual to come and join the firm as our Digital Accounting Manager . The role will see you working alongside our Digital Solutions and Cloud Accounting team to support their requirements as well as supporting the wider business.

As a Digital Consultant Expert you will need to:
Help drive adoption, optimisation and integration of our Cloud AppStack (Xero, Dext, Fathom etc).
Act as a subject matter expert for finance technology, supporting both internal teams and clients.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients on digital finance solutions and service delivery.
Translate client needs into practical cloud accounting solutions and workflows.
Support clients with transformation of their finance systems and processes.
Support the Head of Digital Finance in strategic initiatives and act as deputy where required.
Other adhoc projects and tasks as required.

Proven experience with change management
Experience supporting clients with Digital Transformation.
Certification in relevant cloud accounting platforms.
ACCA qualification or part-qualified beneficial.
Proven experience working with Xero, Dext and Fathom.
