The role is remote but you will be required to work with the team weekly in Duxford and attend client meetings on site as required.

Key Responsibilities

PPC Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Carry out ongoing optimisation including keyword management, bid strategy refinement, A/B testing, and budget pacing.
  • Monitor performance daily and proactively identify opportunities to improve ROI and hit client objectives.
  • Produce clear, meaningful reporting highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.

Tracking, Measurement & Technology

  • Confidently use and configure Google Tag Manager to implement tags, triggers, and variables.
  • Collaborate with developers and clients to ensure accurate tracking, data cleanliness, and best-practice implementation.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of conversion tracking, analytics dashboards, and attribution improvements.

SEO Support & Collaboration

  • Assist with SEO strategy delivery, working with our SEO specialists on tasks such as on-page optimisation, keyword mapping, metadata updates, and content reviews.
  • Contribute to technical SEO discussions, helping identify tracking, indexing, or site performance issues (training provided as needed).
  • Collaborate on content planning by using performance data and keyword insights to guide recommendations.
  • Support local SEO, schema implementation, and general best-practice maintenance across client sites.
  • Review content and landing pages to ensure alignment between PPC and SEO, improving overall campaign effectiveness.

Wider Digital Marketing Support

  • Work alongside our SEO and content teams to support integrated digital strategies.
  • Stay up to date with developments in AI tools, emerging ad tech, automation, and digital marketing best practice, sharing insights with the wider team.

Client Relationship Management

  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and occasional site visits.
  • Support senior team members in delivering strategic recommendations.
  • Gradually take ownership of your own clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and excellent service.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders, both internal and external.

About You

  • Strong PPC knowledge and practical experience.
  • Comfortable working hands-on with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and GTM.
  • Agency experience or a solid marketing background is highly advantageous.
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritise effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Curious about new technologies, automation, and industry trends, especially how AI can support performance and workflow.
