We are in search of an experienced leader in ITSM to join us in driving revenue growth across the EMEA region. This individual will spearhead specialised ITSM sales, shape direct and partner sales strategies, and contribute to our go-to-market approach alongside a diverse cross-functional team. Drive exceptional JSM sales growth through successful leadership, organisation building, customer and prospect engagement, and highly effective planning and execution of the go-to-market strategy.
# Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Jira Service Management. Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the territory, including funnel/account/territory status, resource requirements, challenges, and successes.
# Lead, mentor, and develop a team of front line managers and Solution Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets for Jira Service Management in the Central European market. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
# Engage effectively with large Jira Service Management customers and prospects to drive revenue growth and success.
# Team with the Core Account Executives org on optimising the co-selling motion and building pipeline.
# Drive business cadence for business reviews, forecast calls, customer account/deal reviews, regular team leadership, and functional/company-wide events.

A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with 3-5 years in 2nd line Sales Management position.
# Demonstrated expertise and established connections within the service management industry.
