TheHead of EMEA Sales function reports directly to the Head of GlobalSales.

Responsibilities:


SalesManagement:

Develop andexecute a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the companysgrowth objectives inEurope.

Identify newbusiness opportunities build strategic relationships and negotiatedeals to drive revenuegrowth.

Monitor andanalyses sales performance identify trends and develop strategiesto optimizeperformance.

Implement salesreporting tools and systems to track progress and provide valuableinsights to seniormanagement.

Ensure thedelivery of monthly sales targets.


MarketingManagement:

Adapt andexecute a marketing plan that supports the companys growthobjectives inEurope.

Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams particularly the marketing teams to developand implement impactful campaigns that enhance brand awarenessgenerate leads and increasesales.

Effectivelymanage budgets and allocate resources to maximize the impact ofmarketingactivities.

Identify andpursue strategic partnership opportunities to expand the brandsreach and enhance customerengagement.

Work closelywith the central marketing team to maximiseopportunities.


StrategyandLeadership:

Contribute tothe overall sales and marketing strategy of thecompany.

Lead mentor anddevelop the sales teams in Europe providing guidance and support tohelp them achieve theirobjectives.

Represent thecompany at industry events conferences and trade shows tostrengthen relationships with partners andcustomers.

Effectivelycommunicate the brand story and product offerings across variousmedia channels to engage existing and newcustomers


Requirements

5years of relevant sales and marketing experience in the consumerelectronics audio or relatedindustries.

Demonstrated atrack record of success in developing and executing sales andmarketing strategies that drive significant revenuegrowth.

Strongleadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentora team of sales and marketingprofessionals.

Excellentcommunication negotiation and analyticalskills.

Ability tocollaborate effectively across multiple departments and withexternalpartners.

Indepthunderstanding of the European market and consumerbehaviours.

Salary:

Thepackage on offer as ever is dependent onexperience.


Location:

Althoughapplications from those seeking a remote position will beconsidered as long as it is accepted that travel to our LondonBridge office is a necessity as required this is ideally a hybridrole with approximately 12 days in the London office per week asrequired.

5+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience in the consumerelectronics, audio or related industries. Demonstrated a trackrecord of success in developing and executing sales and marketingstrategies that drive significant revenue growth. Strong leadershipskills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team ofsales and marketing professionals. Excellent communication,negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to collaborateeffectively across multiple departments and with external partners.In-depth understanding of the European market and consumerbehaviours. Salary: The package on offer, as ever, is dependent onexperience. Location: Although applications from those seeking aremote position will be considered as long as it is accepted thattravel to our London Bridge office is a necessity as required, thisis ideally a hybrid role, with approximately 1-2 days in the Londonoffice per week as required.
