Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join our clients growing manufacturing facility in Port Talbot.
Are you an experienced and hands-on HR professional looking for a standalone role where you would truly make an impact? This is a fantastic opportunity to act as the go-to person for all HR matters across the workforce within a varied position where you’ll partner closely with managers, technicians and senior leaders supporting everything from recruitment and training to employee relations and engagement.

Lead all day to day HR operations, acting as the primary contact for managers and employees
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and development processes
Ensure compliance with employment law, HR policies and company procedures
Report on key HR metrics
Identify training needs and coordinate development activities
Support organizational change and culture initiatives that make the company a great place to work
Provide general HR administration and occasional office support as required

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
Confident working independently in a standalone HR position
Proactive, resilient and solutions focused with a passion for supporting people and improving processes
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
