GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
* Educated to degree level in a relevant professional field, such as Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Psychology, or equivalent by experience.
* Advanced -Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Social Media.
Strong understanding of leading-edge organisation development and change theories and methods, with demonstrable experience in the practical and successful application of these within a complex matrix environment.
* Previous experience planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating OD and change interventions in a large and complex organisation.
