H9 Human Resources are exclusively partnering a leading organisation looking to hire for a HR Assistant to join their team.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day operational HR aspects of the site. You will work closely with the HR Manager on an ongoing basis taking a lead role in generalist HR duties and recruitment. The position will be the focal point for all HR admin.

Personnel service such as training, travel, compliance, administration, as well as supporting corporate HR policies and initiatives
All HR paperwork and contracts
Assist in recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support HR team in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
Any admin in relation to HR.

Previous experience in a HR role
Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
This role requires to be onsite Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
