The Business Development Manager will properly understand and align with our target customer’s needs, requiring very high standards across everything they do. Each BDM has a territory and is expected to know every key prospect in that territory, to know projects from planning stages till completion, covering any and all possible industries. The Business Development Manager ensures positive sustained business growth by actively seeking, contacting and developing new customers working in conjunction with the Sales Director deploying a targeted contact schedule and development strategy. The Business Development Manager will build a portfolio and maintain and builds upon these existing customer relationships, following existing contact and engagement schedules.
For the role of Business Development Manager you will report to the Sales Director, working in conjunction with the Sales and Sales Support Teams.
• For the role of Business Development Manager you will be seeking opportunities for business development within a defined area.

• Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements.

Maintains high quality relationships with customers and is usually the customers
For the role of Business Development Manager experience within the Hire Market is essential.
• For the role of Business Development Manager experience with powered access sales management would be beneficial.
• Applicants will need to demonstrate attention to detail and reliability for the role of of Business Development Manager.
• Applicants will need to hold a clean UK Driving License.
• Applicants will need to have good MS Office and computer literacy skills.
• Car / Car Allowance

• This is Monday to Friday position - Field based
