Field Care Supervisor

The Field Care Supervisor will be responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

**Principal responsibilities of the Field Care Supervisor**
- Support and manage a team of Care & Support Workers
- To be on-call in case of emergency
- To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator
- Act as a link between the client and the office
- Oversee care quality control
- Monitor and supervise care service
- Complete client needs assessments
- Introduce Care & Support Workers to clients
- Help develop growing business

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- providing care: 1 year (required)
