Specification Sales Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specification Sales Manager – Scotland at Grant Westfield Limited, the company behind the UK’s leading panel brand, Multipanel.
Responsibilities:- Contribute towards sector specific market development plans to increase awareness of Grant Westfield brands.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target markets and develop relationships to generate new leads and specifications.
- Work with key accounts and their sales teams to generate leads and specifications for Multipanel / Naturepanel
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements to ensure that Multipanel / Naturepanel is the preferred choice.
- Work closely with the Grant Westfield sales team to ensure a high conversion rate of specifications to sales.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of sales channels and approaches with prior experience of developing and implementing a successful multi-channel sales strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Working within the manufacturing sector
- Product knowledge
