French speaking Team Assistant required for a digital transformation business. Based in Central London you will be supporting an office of 30 people with general office administrative You will be primarily be supporting the Sales Director and Country Manager as well as providing general administrative support to the office and ordering of office supplies. Fluency is French is required to liaise with the HQ in Paris.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Expenses Basic
  • HR Administrative tasks
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Liaising with the HQ in Paris

The ideal candidate:

  • A couple of years administrative experience
  • A positive upbeat attitude to assist and help everyone in the office
  • Also happy to assist with Reception, answering phones and helping organise company-wide events.
  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
