Are you an experienced and dedicated social work professional looking for a rewarding opportunity to lead a dynamic team? Bromley's Children's Disability Team is seeking a passionate Team Manager to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time permanent role based at Bromley Civic Centre with the flexibility of hybrid working.

Our Children's Disability Team is an integral part of Bromley's 0-25 Service for Children and Young People with Disabilities. We provide essential support to children aged 0-18 with severe/profound disabilities and complex health needs, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they require to thrive. As part of our commitment to holistic support, we also focus on preparing young people for their transition into adulthood.

You will work closely with the Group Manager to maintain high standards of practice and ensure the safety and well-being of the children and families we support.

Provide regular supervision and support to social workers and social work assistants
Oversee duty responsibilities and caseload management
Conduct child and family assessments and develop appropriate support plans
Prepare reports and contribute to strategic planning and development

Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
Proven experience in safeguarding and working with children with disabilities (desirable)
Commitment to continuous professional development
