THE POST – REQ000175 - HR Manager (Internally known as People Manager)
As the People Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of People professionals, driving strategic initiatives and providing expert HR guidance to the University. You will be involved in developing strong relationships with stakeholders and support the management of organisational change projects. The post holder will provide specialist HR support and guidance and will manage the HR team. This role involves leading the operational delivery of escalated employee relations case management issues.
