Job Title: HR Generalist

Caring Hearts Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing a first-class HR service to support the operational side of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee needs and ensure all employees comply with company and government policies and legislation.
  • Perform daily administrative and human resources duties in the organisation, including giving individual employees advice about the future of their careers, onboarding new employees, facilitating open communication between employees and management, and leading workshops and training.
  • Represent the company's policies, procedures, and goals, and instill these values in employees while ensuring policies are fair to employees.
  • Serve as a liaison between the human resources department and employees for effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure company needs are met while promoting our positive company culture policy.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a position that deals with employee management and employee/manager relationships.
  • University degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, Personnel Management, or a related field.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards qualification in human resources/human resources management/business management or similar.
  • Previous experience of working within an HR Department is essential.
