Develop and implement sales excellence frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to enhance overall sales performance.
Analyse sales data, metrics and KPI's to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Continuous market analysis and segmentation to ensure R&C Sales and Service business have relevant market data, and align on strategy to drive sales.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership team to track progress against sales objectives.
Drives steers and supports local Data Analytics team responsible for CRM data management and reporting.
Drives steers and supports local information security office to ensure compliance, both GEA & legal.
Drives and steers and supports local Indirect Procurement office to realize indirect supply chain opportunities, including fleet management.
In that role he/she develops, supports and guides the MarCom team members in their daily job from a human point of view rather then from the content point of view.
Setup & manage networks / communities to enable co-creation / sharing & learning across organizations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in sales operations, business excellence or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot) and other sales enablement tools
Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach and a passion for driving business growth.
