The business is one of the most exciting startups in the UK market, they have been listed by the Grocer as a MUST follow for 2024 This is an SME with real big plans over the next few years, with turnover projected to be £3 million by the end of year.
Their journey began with a simple yet powerful idea: to showcase the potential of dairy in everyday eating experiences. From a boring morning toast to the excitement of evening dinners, these guys believe their dairy product deserves its moment in the spotlight.
It's about embracing the rich history and artisanal craftsmanship behind each product while embracing the digital age. We need a National Account Manager with Grocery experience ideally in the Food & Drink category to come in and continue to drive this brand's Grocery channel . You will be responsible for nurturing current retail listings, overseeing national retail launches, and securing new retail listings.
These guys need somebody with strong P&L management experience and a keen sense of commercial acumen. To help this business achieve its continual growth plans they are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised individual to work within their Grocery sales team. You will already have a strong background in the Food & Drink category and ideally have experienced multiple rotations on top 4 grocery customers.
~3-5 years in sales or business development with a proven track record (CPG start-up, SME, or blue chip preferred).
~ Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&L.
~ Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, agile start-up environment.
~ Passion for great food.
~ Ability to set and embody the company's culture within a small founding team.
