Our client, specialists in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is looking for a Compliance Trainer to join their team of experts. The role of the Compliance Trainer will be to provide and develop training to internal and external employee/clients on regulatory compliance. What the Compliance Trainer will be doing: Craft and present training courses that cover GAMP, Validation, and other vital subjects. Constantly being aware of latest regulations, guidelines, and developments set by authoritative bodies such as FDA and EMA. Update and modify current processes and training programmes to be as effective as possible. Collect feedback from training programmes to refine strategies. Feedback data to internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate the value and impact of the programmes. Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to identify potential clients. Provide pre-sales and gathering requirements from new clients to tailor their own training programme. What you can offer to the Compliance Trainer role: Proven experience of developing and delivering training programmes. Experience working in life sciences or the medical industry. Fantastic presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Confident with building and maintaining client relationships. Proactive personality towards development and learning. Marketing and Sales experience.
