We are an organisation driven around our purpose of Smart Science to Improve Lives which are delivered through our two business areas of Life Sciences and Consumer Care.
Following a period of both organic and inorganic growth our geographical footprint has increased significantly and therefore we are now looking to recruit a new position as a Global Mobility Manager to implement and develop a mobility strategy across our organisation.
Prior experience working in a global mobility, expatriate management or related role within a large organisation.
Strong knowledge of immigration, tax, and labour laws across multiple countries
Develop, execute and manage a comprehensive global mobility strategy that aligns with the groups talent
Collaborate with group leadership to design, implement and use best in class cross border working policies, guidelines, and best practices.
Oversee all aspects of international employment, including international assignments, remote working, commuting, business travel and relocations.
Provide support and guidance to employees in relation to relocation packages, immigration processes, tax, social security and payroll implications, and cultural adjustments.
Stay informed about immigration laws, tax regulations, and labour market conditions in various countries.
Take responsibility for the mitigation of legal and compliance risks related to cross border working for the group, either internally or in conjunction with external vendors.
Manage relationships, and management performance of external vendors, such as relocation providers, immigration consultants, and tax advisors.
Collect and analyse data related to cross border working trends, costs, and success metrics.
Lead change initiatives related to global mobility and cross border working, including process improvements and technology implementations where appropriate.
