We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to kickstart their career at Virta Sales. You’ll be part of a Sales Development team that focuses on boosting our sales process. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and guide them through the first phases of the sales process.

As a Sales Development Representative you will start sales discussions with potential customers and constantly develop our processes & tactics in order to increase customer engagement in the UK market. Ideally, you would be located in London.

Some of our successful salespeople have walked a similar path and become senior sales professionals at Virta. This is what we’d like to see from you as well. If you are a recent University graduate and/or have the eagerness to start your career in digital sales, or you are keen to work in the ever-growing EV Charging business, this position is for you

What you'll do:

  • Contact our inbound leads and reach out & engage new potential customers via phone & digital tools (Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo etc.).
  • Facilitate first online sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with other teams: sales, marketing and product development.
  • Explore and implement new ways and tactics to maximise sales efficiency.

What you'll bring

  • Knowledge of sales processes, sales data and digital processes.
  • Motivation to succeed, as your activities will be measured by numbers and results on a monthly basis.
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools – Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • Fluency in English
  • Confidence to have discussions with potential customers via phone & Teams.
  • Ability to engage and excite people. Since you are often their first point of contact at Virta, you need to be able to leave a good impression of us & yourself.
  • Growth mentality – we are looking for people who want to grow and learn. We hope that in the future you’ll grow into a full-time sales/marketing professional with Virta.

We consider it a plus if you have:

  • Experience in digital, telephone sales, or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales data.
  • Completed Hubspot’s Inbound Marketing or Inbound Sales certificate (or similar).
  • Passionate about transforming mobility, or already have some experience from an EV business
