We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who will play an integral role in the strategic, operational & facilities management of the schools in the Trust in Dorset and surrounding area. We are seeking a candidate who will bring practical and organisation skills and support the continual development of the site staff. In addition, the successful candidate will ensure schools meet statutory compliance requirements and ensure we provide a healthy, safe work environment for our staff and students.
High support, high challenge and evidence informed in everything we do.
The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share the same commitment. Applicants will be required to complete a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB) check is required for this post prior to commencement. If successfully shortlisted the HR Department will also be conducting an individual online search including social media platforms of your ‘name, education and employment’, to demonstrate due diligence following the updated ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education 2023' guidance.
