Join us as a Regulatory Assurance Manager
Joining our Financial Reporting Assurance team, you’ll provide independent and objective assurance for the bank on the accuracy and completeness of prudential regulatory reporting outcomes and calculations
We’ll look to you to bring together technical regulatory knowledge, audit experience and data capabilities to perform detailed substantive reviews and testing across the bank’s regulatory reporting

As a Regulatory Assurance Manager, you’ll support and deliver high quality assurance reviews of the prudential regulatory reporting on a rotational risk-based coverage basis assuring the adequacy of the design and operational effectiveness. You’ll run and undertake key aspects of the regulatory assurance review schedule, including ah-hoc reviews in response to specific events or changes in risk profile, scaling up activity in a safe and secure manner.
We’ll look to you to work with the team to develop rotational risk-based coverage plans and approach to assurance of prudential regulatory reporting. You’ll support key stakeholders of businesses under review, driving engagement and collaboration with financial assurance reviews.
Support the delivery of our rotational risk-based coverage plans that address regulatory requirements and provide assurance and opinions with impact
Manage stakeholders of businesses under review, building strong collaborative relationships during the review cycle ensuring a good understanding of issues and an open and effective discussion on key risks
Drive assurance for regular reviews by supporting assurance planning, ensuring coverage of key risks, collaborating with other teams, and complying with prudential regulatory reporting requirements
We’re looking for someone with a professional accounting qualification with post qualification experience or a risk and regulatory background. You’ll also bring risk and control knowledge from internal audit, external audit, or a similar professional background.
Technical knowledge of jurisdictional regulatory environment and the prudential regulations and associated reporting outcomes
Critical thinking skills, enabling you to cut through complexity, and make sound decisions and recommendations that are carefully balanced against risk
