Business Development Manager | Print & Direct Mail | UK | £50k plus great benefits package

Specializing in direct mail, digital printing, point of sale (POS) materials, lithographic printing, and large format printing, their mission is to deliver unparalleled quality and innovation to their clients.

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the realms of public sector, government framework, and charities
  2. Developing strategic sales plans, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets
  3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored printing solutions
  4. Working closely with the production and design teams to ensure that client requirements are translated into high-quality, innovative print solutions
  5. Staying ahead of industry trends and developments

Key attributes required:

  1. Proven track record in business development, preferably within the printing industry (direct mail, digital printing, POS, litho printing, or large format print)
  2. Strong network and understanding of the printing industry’s competitive landscape
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  4. Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  5. Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth
