As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we are looking for an Account Executive with unparalleled ambition, the tenacity to overcome challenges, and a proven track record in sales, preferably within the e-commerce retail industry.

Position Overview: As an Account Executive at Ingrid, you will play a pivotal role in our growth trajectory. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new business by identifying, developing, qualifying and closing sales opportunities. With a deep understanding of the e-commerce retail landscape, and experience from Enterprise sales cycles, you will leverage your industry insights to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of prospective clients. Your success in this role will be founded on your ability to forge strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver outstanding results.

You will report into the Head of Sales UK and will get support from a local Senior BDR, Head of Sales Engineering and Senior Implementation specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce retail sector.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, utilizing both inbound leads and outbound strategies.

  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their business challenges and tailor solutions that align with their objectives.

  • Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across various levels within prospect organizations.

  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.

  • Provide insights and feedback from the market to help shape product development and marketing strategies.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold SaaS solutions to Enterprises in the e-commerce retail sector.

  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Previous experience of MEDDPICC is preferred.
