As Head of Operational Resilience within State Street EnterpriseRisk Management (ERM) department, you will lead oversight efforts toensure State Street can continue to deliver or recover its criticalbusiness services (CBS) through disruption events, whether internal orexternal. Operational Resilience works together with the EnterpriseResilience Office, CBS Owners, business units and other corporatefunctions to ensure State Street effectively manages operationalresilience risks across the firm. This role sits within the secondline of defense and reports to the Head of Enterprise Technology RiskManagement. You will drive a risk-aware culture throughout theorganization by challenging the status quo and providing objectivethought leadership to our organization.
Providing oversight for theoperational resilience risk program and framework implementation forState Street, including leading review and challenge of the firm’sresilience capabilities, which are focused on the firm’s ability todeliver its CBS across a range of severe but plausible disruptionscenarios
Fostering close collaboration with the first lineEnterprise Resilience Office in the development and implementation ofthe resilience framework while maintaining second line independence 
Playing a lead role in facilitating elements of theOperational Resilience framework, including Impact Tolerance setting,Policy and Standards development, and resilience scenario analysis;
Ensuring the program is meeting key milestones to meetregulatory requirements and deliverables, including identifyingvulnerabilities and ensuring the appropriate remediation by riskowners and governance
Collaborating with the first lineEnterprise Resiliency Office, CBS Owners, Business Units, andCorporate Functions to ensure a holistic view/management of riskimpacting CBS delivery
Working effectively with seniorexecutive management to drive understanding of CBS vulnerabilities andresponse capabilities
Actively engaging in ‘review and challenge’ ofkey inputs, outputs, themes, and actions stemming from first line andother second line risk programs
Providing risk insight onoperational, technology, and resiliency risk trends and industryknowledge
Working collaboratively with the Enterprise Riskleadership team to maintain proper local governance structures acrosskey regions (EMEA, APAC, and North America)
Work closelywith management to establish an appropriate culture in line with theagreed risk framework
Oversee all hiring, coaching,performance, and development of Operational Resilience staff globally
Ensure thatappropriate risk management information is produced and reviewed atappropriate intervals
Report regularly to corporate, localand regional governance committees with appropriate, timely andrelevant risk data
Support a culture of risk transparencyand effective challenge
Maintain the highest standards ofconduct and integrity and ensure compliance with accepted industrypractice, company policies, statute and regulatory requirements
15+ years of experiencewith at least a substantive portion in Operational Resilience Risk, orother similar control function
~ Demonstrated knowledge ofmultiple risk management discipline, environment, standards, andregulations
~ Exceptional program leadership, influence, andrelationship building skills
~ Strong ability to understandand engage in business transformation;
