We are in partnership with an exclusive global client on a quest to find a highly motivated and agile Finance Administrator to join their Global Services team. This pivotal role involves maintaining financial and lease accounting documentation and supporting a range of stakeholders including Legal, Estates Management, Acquisitions, and Landlords/Agents.
Carry out transactional accounting and financial reporting for the UK & Ireland Real Estate portfolio.
Prepare, record, analyse, and maintain lease accounting transactions, ensuring integrity.
Conduct account reconciliations and adjustments as necessary.
Perform general accounting activities, including ledger accounts and financial statements preparation and reconciliation.
In-depth knowledge of Finance & Accounting, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and journal posting.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Progress towards a professional Finance or Accountancy qualification.
