Finance Administration
My client are looking to appoint a Finance Administrator - who will report to the Finance Controller and work as part of a small, friendly and hard working Finance / Admin team.

Finance Administrator
~6 - 8 week contract (initially)
~£Full-time (Remote)
~ The role of the Finance Administrator:
Although the main responsibility of the role will be centred around supplier statement reconciliations, you will also work across a range of Finance and Office Admin tasks using Word / Excel and Outlook - including;

Data Entry of Payments and Invoices.
Data manipulation and integration on Excel, Lookups, Pivots etc.
Allocation of Payments to Client Accounts
Assist with the Reconciliation of Client Statements
Ad hoc Finance tasks as the role expands
Key skills as the Finance Administrator:

Experience of doing complex reconciliations with data from multiple systems.
Excel experience - to be able to manipulate and compare data from our system and from the supplier.
Fast-paced (700+ reconciliations to do in short space of time).
Ability to work independently when assigned to your individual accounts.
The role of the Finance Administrator will suit a hands on and committed character - someone who would like to build a career in the long-term with a UK leading Telecommunications company.
