Senior Company Secretarial Assistant

The Role
We are working with a multinational security and aerospace company who are looking for a Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team in London on a 12-month FTC.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Issue of standard Stock Exchange announcements, e.g. directors’ dealings, major shareholder holdings, directorate changes.
- Filing PDMR associated FCA notifications.
- Ensure the smooth management of the Company’s share register, including the payment of dividends, shareholder correspondence etc.
- Draft procedural notes for company secretarial tasks on an ongoing basis.
- Assist the production of the Annual Report.
Requirements for the Role:
- 3-4 years’ experience working in a UK listed company secretariat department is crucial with proven company secretarial experience.
- Understanding of a regulatory environment within a PLC.
- Qualified or Part qualified with the CGI (Chartered Governance Institute).
- Self-motivated, highly organised, process driven and has good attention to detail.
