HR Business Partner Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in continuously improving and shaping the HR business partnering function to build a best-in-class HR service for the Business. This is a varied, generalist role involving working closely with stakeholders at all levels, coaching and influencing leaders during a period of change and transformation.
Driving key strategic people initiatives for your Business area.
# Leading change and transformation programmes.
# Coaching and mentoring the leadership team to deliver accountable leadership and management.
# Supporting the wider HR team in all aspects of HR including performance management, recruitment, learning and development, and ER.
# Playing a key role in wider business projects, collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.
# Coaching and developing the management team in conjunction with the Learning and Development (L&D) team.

Our client is seeking a commercially astute HR Business Partner with proven experience as an HR generalist, who enjoys operational HR as well as change and longer-term projects. The ideal candidate must have a flexible and solutions-oriented approach and the resilience to navigate the business and its people through change. Experience in a fast-paced environment is a must, with a background in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, or similar being preferred.
This hybrid role is based near Wolverhampton and offers flexibility, including consideration for a 4-day workweek. Competitive salary plus bonus, along with excellent benefits, are included.
