We are on the lookout for a visionary Human Resources Director to spearhead our HR endeavors. This role is for a leader who is ready to ignite passion, uphold integrity, empower individuals, and foster a thriving community within our organization. You will be the architect of our workforce, shaping growth and guiding us into a prosperous future.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide outstanding leadership to the Human Resources team and facilitate strong working relationships between HR and the rest of the business.
  2. The management and development of people is a key aspect of the role. Oversee the recruitment, performance management, supervision and guidance, and professional development of the HR team.
  3. Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, wellbeing, EDI, etc.
  4. Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development, etc.
  5. Provide timely, pertinent and accurate information to the Chief Operating Officer and Board by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
  6. Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
  7. Serve as the point of contact for employment relations.
  8. Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
  9. Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
  10. Contribute actively to strategic decision making as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Proven experience as Head of HR or HR Director.
  2. BSc/BA in human resources, business administration, or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources and/or CIPD level 7 will be a plus.
  3. Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
  4. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  5. Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practice.
  6. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
