HR Business Partner- Engagement and Culture North West
£As HR Business Partner with a solid background in engagement and culture, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the overall success of the organisation by effectively partnering with various teams to enhance employee engagement, drive cultural initiatives, and provide strategic guidance. You will serve as a bridge between management and employees, helping to align people strategies with business goals and ensuring a harmonious workplace.

Collaborate closely with senior leaders and managers to understand business objectives and challenges, and provide strategic HR guidance to support these goals.
Proactively identify and address people-related issues, providing insights and recommendations to improve team dynamics and performance.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture, ensuring employees feel valued and engaged.
Organize events, workshops, and team-building activities to strengthen employee relationships and foster a sense of community.
Policy Implementation:
Keep up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are compliant.
Communicate policy changes effectively to employees and provide guidance on policy interpretation.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and present HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in areas such as turnover, engagement, and performance.
Use data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for enhancing the employee experience.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Several years of experience in a people business partnering, employee relations, or talent management role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and drive data-based decision-making.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
