As we continue to expand and grow, we seek a dynamic Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team and lead revenue optimisation efforts across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Revenue Management: Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and yield across the cluster of hotels. Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, promotions, and pricing, ensuring overall revenue maximization.
Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to property-level revenue managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Insightful Reporting: Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate revenue performance, forecasts, and recommended strategies to senior leadership.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to property General Managers, offering revenue-focused insights and recommendations to drive overall profitability.
Ideal Candidate
- Hotel Revenue Management: You will have a deep understanding of hotel revenue management strategies is essential. You should be well-versed in pricing, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
- Market Insights: The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyse market trends, competitive positioning, and demand patterns. You’ll use this insight to identify revenue enhancement opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: You will be proficient in using advanced revenue management systems and tools to monitor and adjust room rates and inventory is crucial.
- Guidance : As a Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, you’ll provide mentorship to property-level revenue managers. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strategic Partner : You’ll act as a strategic partner to property General Managers, offering revenue-focused insights to drive profitability.
