Our client has been working with many successful businesses in Scotland and Northern England developing new production techniques, optimising processes and designing tailor made solutions since 1983. With four branches, an exciting opportunity has opened up to be part of that success in their Prestwick branch.

As part of a busy office environment the role will be liaising with customers to establish their requirements, offer solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. The role will include the preparation, submission and action of customer quotations, orders and enquiries presented over the telephone or e-mail.

  • Previous customer service skills are desired but not essential
