Our client's team in Prestwick is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Advisor working 16 hours per week - Monday 7:30 am-5 pm, Friday 12 pm-5 pm, and Saturday 8 am-12 pm.

A Customer Service Advisor plays a vital role within the branch network, offering the opportunity to gain experience across various aspects of branch operations. With a strong focus on customer service, this role is perfect for those who enjoy building relationships with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.

Hours of Work: 16 hours per week (Monday 7:30 am-5 pm, Friday 12 pm-5 pm, and Saturday 8 am-12 pm)

Branch Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm, Saturday 8 am to 12 noon

What will you be doing after the training?
- Develop an in-depth understanding of product lines and services to enhance customer interactions.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Contribute to generating sales with both new and existing customers.
- Provide administrative support to the branch manager, ensuring accurate reporting.
