**Customer Service Advisor**

**Pallet Networks, South Molton**

At Gregory Distribution, we are currently seeking a **Customer Service Advisor** at our South Molton site.

**The position of Customer Service Advisor involves**:

- You will be required to work closely with our customers to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole.
- Inputting information onto spreadsheets and customer systems.
- Liaising between customers and delivery drivers.
- Monitoring deliveries and taking appropriate action to solve any queries.
- Looking after individual clients to ensure they are updated on their deliveries.
- Keeping Network members updated via portal systems.
- Monitoring depot messages from customers and network members.
- Helping with KPI information analysis.
- Building relationships with customers.

**Essential skills required for Customer Service Advisor**:

- Previous experience of working within a transport environment is advantageous, but not essential.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Strong geographical knowledge of the UK.
- Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
- Attention to detail is critical and working to deadlines daily.
- Solution driven and Flexible approach to your work.
- Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Computer literate.
- MS packages to include, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
