As a Technical Support Officer , you'll be key in delivering first-class technical assistance to our clients. You'll be the go-to person for resolving issues and providing expert advice on our range of electrical protection products.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for electrical circuit protection products
Assist customers with product selection, installation, and operation queries
Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients and internal staff
Process technical support requests through various channels (phone, email, and chat) and ensure timely resolution
Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and technological advancements

You are an experienced professional in the electrical industry with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. Proven experience in the electrical industry, with a focus on circuit protection
Strong understanding of electrical principles and product functionality
Proficient in using technical support tools and software
Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in electrical engineering or related fields or previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred .
